TRENTON — Time is running out for Edward “NJWeedman” Forchion to win back a spot on the November election ballot.

Forchion, a well-known marijuana activist from Pemberton Township, filed to run as a third-party candidate for New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District seat, but was booted off the ballot last month by Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno, who concurred with an administrative law judge’s opinion that Forchion did not have enough valid signatures on his nomination petition.
