“For if we would judge ourselves; we should not be judged.” I Corinthians 11:31
I was hard at work when the company infidel walked into my work cell and started in with his blasphemous nonsense. I didn’t say much at first, I figured maybe he was having a worse than usual day. He kept coming back. Like many atheists, he was looking for someone he could torment.
He said, “You know that heaven is as real as Disneyland, and there is no hell.” I responded, “Then you shouldn’t be too upset if I tell you to go there.” For someone who rejected the concept of hell, he flipped out when I told him he was going there. During that summer, he would complain about the heat and humidity, and I would remind him that it is a whole lot hotter where he is going.
God decides who He allows into His heaven, it is not up for a popular vote. I find it ironic that people who hate to recognize God down here somehow want to go to Heaven where they would be in His direct presence throughout eternity.
You may be bent on your sin and rebellion, but God won’t allow such things in Heaven. God has let us know what sin is, by stating it to mankind. We have never flunked a “secret test,” with God, we have openly rebelled. God gave us the Law, so we can know what sin is. The Law is our schoolmaster to lead us to Christ. (Read Galatians 3:24)
Furthermore, God instituted civil government to restrain the destructive activities of those who rebel and reject. God destroys nations when the Civil Authority becomes the main offender. America is being destroyed, because the civil authority has become an affront to God, and frames wickedness under the color of law. “The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all those nations that forget God.” Psalms 9:17
America is sinking into depravity, crime, chaos and anarchy. You can thank the village atheist, the sodomite, and all their “devil’s advocates” such as the ACLU, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the other “civil libertarians.” As men can no longer abide to look at the Ten Commandments, such as, “Thou shalt Not Kill,” you can expect there to be more murders, not less. As men can’t abide “Thou shalt not steal,” you can expect more theft, not less. The Reverend William Linn stated, “Let my neighbor once persuade himself that there is no God, and he will soon pick my pocket, and break not only my leg, but my neck. If there be no God, no future account; government then is the ordinance of man only, and we cannot be subject for conscience sake.”
At the Constitution Party of Wisconsin (CPoW, pronounced Ca-POW), we affirm that good government starts with self-government, meaning internal restraint, patience and forbearance. Internal restraint starts with the recognition of God. Without internal restraint, freedom becomes anarchy and chaos, and the call for external controls becomes greater and greater.
