HAGERSTOWN, IND. — Failure doesn’t faze Wayne County Libertarian Rex Bell.

The fact that Bell has run unsuccessfully for public office seven times as a Libertarian candidate hasn’t discouraged him from making an eighth run, this time for governor.

“Everybody is a little libertarian,” Bell said. “The Libertarian Party believes in limited government. There’s a dissatisfaction out there among voters. Fewer are identifying themselves as belonging to the major parties. Running for governor is a big step. I was asked by a couple of Republicans to run because they said they were not voting for (Gov. Mike) Pence.”
