Constitution Party of Michigan will host presidential debate tomorrow

From the Constitution Party website:

MARCH 19: The U.S. Taxpayers Party (official affiliate of the national Constitution Party), will be hosting a presidential candidates debate which will feature four candidates not included in the previous debates – Brian Briggs, John Diamond, Tom Hoefling, and Richard Matkin,  State Representative Tom Hooker will speak onThe Need for Integrity in Government.  It will be moderated by a professional debate moderator and filmed by a professional camera crew.  Video recording will be available as soon as possible.   It will be held at Tony M’s, 3420 South Creyts Road, Lansing Michigan 48917.  The public is invited to attend this event.  Cost per person is: $25, with lunch from a selected menu provided.  For more details, visit theU.S. Taxpayers Party website.

Two presidential candidates who are widely considered to be the frontrunners, Scott Copeland and J.R. Myers, will not participate in the debate.

Video of March 8th Constitution Party presidential debate released

A few days ago, a Constitution Party presidential debate took place, with presidential candidates J.R. Myers and Scott Copeland participating. On March 14th, a video of the debate was uploaded to YouTube. From the YouTube video description:

This debate occurred on March 8, 2016 via Skype. The debate features John Myers and Scott Copeland. Moderated by John Johnson. The debate was held using Skype at the Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative located in Humphreys County, Tennessee.

The video of the debate runs one hour and 8 minutes.

Dear Patriot:

We are the only political party to live up to its name, and the only one that offers voters independent, principled, and knowledgeable candidates. That’s why this year we will again run a presidential ticket unlike all others in the race for the White House. To begin this historic mission, our National Nominating Convention will be held in Salt Lake City from April 13-17. The Early Bird registration for our historic 2016 National Nominating Convention has been extended to  Tuesday, March 22nd.

The new registration fee schedule is …

• Early-Bird – $275 by  March 22, 2016

• $299 by March 31, 2016

• $325 after March 31, 2016
