(I) Evan McMullin Is Minnesota Independence Party Nominee, Gains Ballot Access in Colorado

The Minnesota Independence Party Executive Committee chose Independent Evan McMullin as it’s candidate yesterday.  Evan McMullin has received a great deal of national media coverage lately as the conservative alternative to Republican nominee Donald Trump.  Now the party has to gather 2,000 signatures to get on the ballot in Minnesota.

Mr. McMullin is a graduate of BYU, a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints and lives in Provo, Utah.  This morning he was on ABC’s ‘This Week’ w/ Martha Radditz which you can watch HERE.

The McMullin Campaign also gained their first ballot access victory in Colorado 3 days ago.  The campaign released this statement on the victory saying, ““Our campaign is a little over 72 hours old, and as our online community, small-dollar donations, volunteer base and media presence has exploded, we’re thrilled to announce Evan is on the ballot in Colorado.” “Colorado is the first of many states to come as our ballot access program kicks in to high gear and Evan takes his message nationwide.”

The campaign is also currently seeking ballot access in Iowa and Utah.

  1. Sorry to hear this. The Independent Green Party of Virginia was party of a coalition to support Independent politics with the Independent Party in Minnesota 8 years ago.
The Indy Green Party is supporting the Green Party nominee for US President Dr. Jill Stein in 2016. Dr. Jill Stein (G) is the smartes, strongest, best candidate for US President in 2016.

  2. Evan is unqualified, inexperienced, and does not have a clue about what he is doing.
